Creamy Tuscan Salmon
Pan-seared salmon swimming in a garlicky cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and wilted spinach. Weeknight magic that tastes like a date night.

How to make it
- 1
Sear the salmon
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high and sear skin-side up for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more. Set aside.
- 2
Build the sauce
Lower the heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the cream, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan, stirring until silky.
- 3
Wilt and finish
Stir in the spinach until just wilted. Nestle the salmon back in, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4
Serve with love
Finish with cracked pepper and a little extra parmesan. Beautiful over pasta, rice, or all on its own.
