Matcha Tiramisu

How to make it

Whip the cream
Beat yolks with sugar until pale, fold in mascarpone, then gently fold in whipped egg whites.

Whisk 1 tbsp matcha into warm water until smooth. Briefly dip each ladyfinger.

Alternate soaked ladyfingers and cream in a dish. Chill at least 4 hours, then dust with remaining matcha.
