How to make it

Cook the noodles
Boil noodles according to package directions. Reserve a splash of pasta water and drain.

Whisk the sauce
Stir together gochujang, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil with a spoonful of the noodle water until pourable.

Toss noodles in the sauce over low heat until glossy. Plate and top with a soft-boiled egg, scallions and sesame seeds.
